Requirements: Ph.D. graduates from recognized American universities or business schools accredited by AACSB and/or EQUIS.  Outstanding teaching experience in business administration or related areas, with in-depth knowledge of modern research methods, is required. A record of publications in ISI Journals/ prestigious peer reviewed journals is also required. The candidate must be able to teach courses in Spanish, with good command of the language, both spoken and written (B2 plus level). Rank and salary will depend on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives are offered for publications in leading ISI journals. Average gross salary for a standard teaching/ research load is USD $75,000 with one month paid vacation per year. Exemplary teaching achievements and/ or research performance can add, in average, an additional USD $10,000 to income.
